During the course of many hundreds of years and with the relentless passage of time, the streets and lanes of the city have been the setting for countless lives and traditions, each adding to the identity of the medieval town. This, in turn, has become the city we know and love.
We invite our visitors and tourists to wander along the narrow lanes and the wide avenues of the historic centre, noticing the buildings and monuments that have served as a backdrop to so many events.
