Starting with a guided tour of the Lines of Torres Vedras Heritage and Visitors’ Centre and Fort nº38, visitors will learn about the historical context of the Lines of Torres Vedras and the 3rd French Invasion, looking at how young people tried to escape being called up to fight the French, exploring at the same time themes related to global citizenship. A presentation by Amnesty International and the campaigns they carry out.
