A vice-presidente da Rota Histórica das Linhas de Torres (RHLT), Ana Umbelino, participou no “European Capital of Culture and the Network of Cultural Routes in Europe”, em Oslo – Noruega, onde apresentou o projeto da RHLT, enquanto membro do Itinerário Cultural do Conselho da Europa – Destination Napoleon.
